The Timeline
We don’t build yet.
Month 1 is just me and you. Founder to founder. There are no deliverables, systems, or content plans because building anything before we’re clear would be a waste of time. This month is about getting honest about what you want your life to look like, what parts of your business feel heavy, and what you’re forcing simply because it works on paper. This is founder-to-founder work. You show up ready to talk, we work through what’s actually going on, and we get clear on what needs to change before anything else happens.
Month 2: Messaging + Content
Once we’re clear, we move into strategy and content. This is where we lock in your messaging, how you show up online, and what you’re actually saying to your audience. Rachel builds your content plan and calendar, captions get written, and Reels get planned. I help you get comfortable talking on camera and shaping your ideas into content that sounds like you. You’ll also get one full week of done-for-you content so you can see the direction clearly and feel confident continuing on your own.
Month 3: Systems + Support
Month 3 is about making the business easier to run. Maddie builds and simplifies your systems, workflows, automations, email list, and ManyChat so things run without you constantly holding them together. Everything is built around how you actually work, not a generic setup. By the end of this month, the backend of your business supports what you’re doing on the front end and gives you back time and mental space.
